Agile – Swimming against the waterfall

I spoke at an early morning Techfast run by Alec Frusher and Paul Bailey @ BJSS earlier, the deck, hand outs & narrative from the talk is below. If you listened in, I hope you enjoyed it.

The main premise was the notion of Agile being so much more than just a ‘thing’ that’s paid lip service to by Management Consultants. I worked as a travelling Management Consultant for a long time and became pretty jaded at the chasm between theoretical Agile and practical executable understanding of how working better (and advising how to do so) has to be done right & with human beings in mind.
